Terms for Empire OS

These terms govern use of Empire OS, customer links, and related services offered by Empire Hoods LLC. By creating an account or using the service for an organization, you agree to these terms on that organization’s behalf.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect your access credentials, and ensure that members you invite have the authority to use the service. Organization owners are responsible for roles, connected providers, and business rules configured for their organization.

Connected providers

Connections to payment, communications, email, calendar, accounting, banking, and CRM providers are authorized by the organization. Provider terms, fees, availability, and rules also apply. Disconnecting a connection stops new access but does not erase records already created in Empire OS.

Payments and phone numbers

Plan fees are presented at checkout. Managed payment and phone services may include third-party fees. A phone number is only provisioned after an authorized user confirms the carrier charge. Number ports require carrier authorization and are not complete until the receiving carrier confirms cutover.

Responsible use

Do not use the service to violate law, send unlawful or deceptive communications, misuse customer data, bypass permissions, or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the business records, customer communications, and approvals your organization issues.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but third-party providers and the internet can fail. We may change, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service, and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material operational changes.
